Mike Connell oltre ad essere il fondatore della band è anche l’autore di quasi tutte le canzoni della band. Egli è influenzato dai gruppi che ascoltava in gioventù Byrds e Beatles, nonché dai contemporanei Echo and the Bunnymen. The Connells è una band americana formatasi nel 1984 ed è da parecchi anni che non si fa’ sentire nelle radio. Il singolo di cui vediamo il video musicale youtube è “’74, ’75″.
Staranno lavorando su qualcosa di veramente esplosivo o hanno deciso di ritirarsi a vita privata? Comunque sia, in attesa di notizie certe e concrete, nella nostra Video Classifica, li vogliamo ricordare soprattutto per questo famosissimo singolo inserito nell’album “Ring”.
