L’album “Science & Faith”, il secondo lavoro del gruppo pop rock irlandese trapiantato a Londra “The Script” composto dal chitarrista Marc Sheehan, dal bassista Glen Power, e il cantante Danny O’Donoghue.

L’album, successivo al lavoro di debutto intitolato “The Script” del 2008, è stato preannunciato dal singolo “For the First Time” di cui vediamo il video musicale youtube. 

Protagonista della ballata è una ragazza che ha il tenero volto acqua e sapone di Eve Hewson, figlia di Bono Vox, del frontman degli U2 (sarà per il fatto che il trio è stato piuttosto influenzato dal sound del mitico gruppo irlandese?). E’ la storia di due ragazzi innamorati che vengono travolti dagli eventi della vita quotidiana fatta di problemi economici e preoccupazioni per aver perso il lavoro, ma i ricordi meravigliosi della prima volta in cui sono stati insieme sono ancora intensi. La voce di Danny svetta alla grande sulla delicata melodia e ci trasporta facilmente nel racconto che la protagonista fa ai genitori per lettera.
