N.E.R.D.: "Hot n Fun" video musicale youtube

I N.E.R.D. si stanno dilettando nel comporre tutta una serie di brani basati su una mix di Reggae e Pop. Il brano "Hot n Fun", che vediamo nel video musicale youtube, sta riscuotendo un successo strepitoso, merito però anche della voce unica di Nelly Furtado che più volte compare nel ritornello. La canzone è stata progettata e studiata da John Arkelund per poi essere riarrangiata da tutto il gruppo.

Lavoro molto accurato è stato fatto anche per il videoclip che accompagna il brano. Sono infatti rappresentati i membri del gruppo in viaggio in auto alla ricerca del divertimento, del ballo, di far divertire la gente, di conquistare donne.

Si intravedono anche una serie di scritte che rimandano ad uno stile anni ’60, dove prevaleva la figura dell’ Hippy. Bisogna dire comunque che il pezzo è abbastanza ritmato, un mix di velocità e calma che solo il suono della batteria può creare.

I N. E. R. D. hanno avviato un tour mondiale per riscuotere successo non solo nel loro continente, vale a dire l’ America, precisamente America Latina. Lì, fra Brasile , Argentina, Colombia e Cile sono più che conosciuti. Questo brano, come d’altronde anche i precedenti ( basti pensare a “ She wants move “ ), ti coinvolgono e ti catapultano in pista a ballare.
